There is a whole spectrum of apologies due here I'm sure.
I apologise whole heartedly.

Blackadder (The Richard Curtis creation) once explained the procedure after standing on a land mine was
" to leap 40 feet in the air & spread your self thinly over a wide area"
A humorous take on a serious subject.
I've always been glad that Richard Curtis had the courtesy of ending the series based on life in the WW1 trenches on a reflective note & not a cheap laugh.
