It's okay. I got it figured out:

"Me heap big chief of the birds and snails and women who kneel before me, and the waterworks too. Next I am going to invent M&M's."

Here's a very rough translation, with much poetic licence. It reads from the right hand column to the left.
Column 1: "It was with a weary heart that I saw the road, and I knew...I knew..."
Column 2: "For the Lady Ma'at, I slew the sheep and made haggis from its entrails, which I ate."
Column 3: "No builder could be found ..."
Column 4: "... the child, before the throne, with a weary heart..."
I hope that gives you some 'flavour' of the text?
